We will place Adaptive ADUs in backyards in Palo Alto, CA with yard space for four units (minimum 1,600 sq ft yard space).  Home owners shall receive a revenue share for use of their yard, This is a hassle-free, turn-key solution with minimal site disruption. Adaptive obtains the permits, prepares the site with pilons for minimal disturbance, provides the ADU, rents the unit, performs routine maintenance, and removes the units when finished and returns the site as before. Property owners receive passive monthly income on each ADU with a renewable five year agreement. In addition to the rental income the property is expected to increase in value with the new rental income.
